I really signed on for 12 weeks of this?

So, we all survived the first night of my first musical theatre class and I think there may only be one child who is danger of being strangled. But I'm excited. They're already tearing up the simple harmonies I had them singing. It's a very good sign, though it does mean that I'm going to have to work extra hard to keep them challenged ( Read more... )

I think You're a Good Man Charie Brown is good idea.

What about King of New York or another Newsies song? I think there may be tracks for it. It's not a classic musical, but there a lot of little solos in it.

I have no idea what to say in regards to musical theatre. Except that Guys and Dolls is my favorite. Sorry. :)
