Based off the Yamada Yugi manga. Oh, god. How I love this mangaka. And the OVA is great! Possibly because I have so much nostalgia for this manga, but nonetheless. However, I now have a big problem.

Desperation breeds fic writing urges. At this point, I'd do anything rather than write/do my thesis, or really, think about having to find a place in Manhattan. I was aided and abetted over the weekend and watched Stranger than Fiction and The Painted Veil, which were both A+++. Most colleges, including mine, received a notice by the RIAA to stop anyone downloading files via BitTorrent. Needless to say, it put a real damper on any anime and manga watching, not that I was seriously interested in watching or reading anything besides One Piece and Bleach. I desperately miss writing things that do not have anything to do with fluorine chemistry, which is coinciding nicely with rediscovering my love for Hikaru no Go, though I was too late to sign up for blind_go. Waiting for med school decision letters is driving me fucking insane. I wasn't going to post until I knew, one way or another, but every time I check my mailbox only to find junk mail another small corner of my sanity crumbles away. OMG SNOW
For the first time in four years, the college has been closed due to weather. YES!! *cue cheering, dancing elves, etc.* I mean, sure, we're snowed in under what will likely turn out to be ten to fifteen inches of snow (hopefully, people with Valentines stayed together last night) and likely there won't be anyone willing to do deliveries, but hey!
