Today at 5 a.m. my dad received a call from Vietnam. My grandma passed away. I don' think I can go to the funeral. I don't have my passport, I got it renewed but it is going to take 10 more weeks. I cried a little this morning. I really miss her and my grandfather. I couldn't make it his funeral either. I just wish I could go see one of them. It

Aww I'm sorry hun. I know how you feel. It just sucks beyond belief, but it'll be ok. At least your grandparents are reunited in a happier place.

As for your passport, I don't think there would be anyway you can travel without one. Especially now, the airport officals in the US and all over the world check for passports like crazy. =(

when my grandmothers died, we couldn't go back for the service at all. u.u it sucks.
