Makes me really want some key lime pie, but it's hard to come by especially because I like it just the way you described it.

I know! It's almost never how you want it in restaurants. Makes me want to go on the hunt for a good key lime pie recipe so I have one filed away.

They were and are delicious! Thanks for the bag of cookies to take home to Terry. Don't tell him I already ate three of them. ;) I had a great weekend and can't believe it's already over. Love to you and Adam, MOM
