This week, I chose Dimply Plum Cake for the sheer novelty of its appearance and because I got to use plums in a dessert. Because, honestly, can you think of many (any?) desserts with plums in them? I can’t. Is there such a thing as plum pie? Maybe that’s one.

Wow! I don't think I've ever heard of a plum dessert either. The only think I can think of is plum pudding and I'm not even sure what it is because I think it might be some kind of bread pudding, but the representations I've seen of it(on movies) it looks like a round jello mold thing or something...anyways sounds like a yummy cake!
