We are moved into the new place, and we LOVE It!  It's way down in the city, ten minutes from nearly everything- probably not ten minutes from downtown during light traffic, and the Univ of Cinci, the zoo, the museums- they're all really close, and we're right off of two major Interstate highways.  Yet the neighborhood has lots of trees, heavily
