I just got back from the Olive Garden with my grandparents. Today is their 49th wedding anniversary. That's a really long time to be married to one person. I hope Shaun and I will have a long marriage that will last until death, how marriage should be. Dinner at Olive Garden was so delicious and I'm so incredibly full. Can't you get a new psychiatrist? I don't know if I could get a new one or not. I like mine though. She listens. She even asked me if I wanted on a new med last time I was there. She doesn't make me stay on something or change things around if I don't want it.

Yes I can get a new psych, but I have to go through her to get a referral. You're lucky you have a good psych. My old psych sounds like yours, listened and was willing to try things to help me if I requested it. I can't go back to him though because he said I was beyond his expertise and an appointment with him costs $90 and I have to pay $500 a month for meds at the pharmacy instead of the free appointments and $22 med bills that I have now.
