Alas, it has been 4 days since I wrote we were going to court and I would update all as to the outcome. And a hard 4 days they have been! But first things first: YES-things went well for us at court! The judge ordered the mechanics to tow our van back to their shop (free of charge) that very day, which they did. But since it was the holiday weekend ( Read more... )

Congratulations on your court victory! I am so happy for you guys! I hope they fix it once and for all and you have smooth sailing from here on out. :)

So sorry though to hear of your recent flare up. Stress definitely takes its toll and then your having to sit there in the courtroom, ugh! :( I will say a prayer for you tonight that this is short lived and that you'll be feeling tons better real soon! Crossing fingers AND toes! :)

Evidently the crossed fingers and toes, as well as the prayers are helping because I'm beginning to get back up and at it. :-) I only wish I had good news to report as far as the mechanic goes. Looks like he's screwing us over again, but I won't know all the details until I talk to them on Monday. They aren't open on weekends-convenient, huh? Once I find out for sure what's what I'll do another post.

What a beautiful icon! Of course it helps when you have absolute perfection to work with, doesn't it? It would have been nice if the mechanic would have gone by the courts order, but it's apparent today that he doesn't intend to. I'll know more when I'm able to talk to them on Monday. I'll do another post then, though others are probably getting tired of hearing about the tale of the van by now. LOL

Just knowing I've got you supporting me as I go through all this crap is enough. I don't think I could deal with the frustration otherwise, it would overwhelm me! I should know more tomorrow. Oh--I doubt if you have time to read your friends page much lately so wanted to tell you I did a post on Scleroderma and MCTD in my personal journal. Also did a post in spiritsisters with a link to it for those interested in reading it. Take your time if you're interested.....it's not going anywhere. Enjoy your mommy time first and foremost...always. :-)
