Unless things have changed, they'll return the mail to you because of "insufficient postage." Can you phone the local post office and ask?

When I was anxiously awaiting a check and mentioned it to our postmaster, she actually PHONED ME when it came in, so I could pick it up there, rather than wait for the mail to arrive in my mailbox late in the day.

Nothing so far. We were hoping that they would be in our P.O. Box the next day, but nope. He asked at the window and they didn't have them in the back either. There are 5 items in total-all floating around out there somewhere now. The Post Office employee said, "Well, they might just go through, or they could get all the way to their destination before they get sent back because the postage is insufficient. You'll just have to keep checking back everyday." So who knows?? The bad thing is the time cards are on a schedule, they're supposed to be returned on a specific day. If they don't get there it can throw pay day off by over 2 weeks. (sigh.....)
