I am so blonde. How do I change my account to friends only??

It took me forever to figure out as well! If you want to lock all your old post then you have to do it by hand, but just to lock all future post go to:

http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console/

then type this in:

set newpost_minsecurity friends

and all your future post will be FO. The little thing on the update page will still say it's going to be public but it'll be friends only. At least that's what this said. :) I hope that helps!
