Last Wednesday afternoon, my doorbell rang.  As soon as I stood up to answer it, I was hit by a massive charlie horse in my left calf.  Since I knew it was FedEx delivering my tablet (which had been back to Toshiba for warranty work on a wonky sound chip), I tried to hobble to the door before the driver left & my Precioussss disappeared into an ( Read more... )

Hope you don't need surgery. But it does seem as if the ER missed getting a proper read on your condition.

Having had to call for packages after non-delivered notes I'd be grateful that was one thing I did not have to take care of. But if they had left the packages I'm thinking of it would have been indside my Vermont condo's staircase where I and a part time skier where the only residents. You may not remeber but my paremt's Springfield door step is only protected when we have a snow as light as this afternoons.

Hope you are able to travel to cons in the near future.

Reading up on LJ's Private Messaging. Next few days could be long at work so I have to cut down on my night owl tendency - wrong word - habit is stronger - need a stronger word with negative overtones for when i work mixed shifts.
