Learning from dogs

And one more tonight -- about the dog.  I love walking the dog.  Love it love it love it.  The dog totally digs his walks and adores every single second of everything that happens on them.   I try to let him browse all the different blocks in the neighborhood -- because for dogs, blocks on the street are like the aisles in a bookstore.  I know now ( Read more... )

Mannnnn, he is so doing his good dog impression for you. All the things you said earlier he doesn't do? He does. Just not for you! I'm not sure he's going to want to come home.

I'm glad he's not eating the cat or her food.

Heh, well, I hope he doesn't come home with his systems all bunged up. On Thursday and Friday I took him out later than usual in the morning (8? 8:30? late...) and pretty late both evenings (7ish on Thursday and, uh, 9 or so Friday thanks to a coworker's sayonarah happy hour). Norton didn't like that at all. Dogs can make you feel more negligent than people. Hopefully I made it up to him today with a ride in the car/visit to the office/long walk on the river trail/another long walk in the evening.
