Joseph Beth is a chain bookstore in the Lifestyle Complex where I work. While I was dicking around on LiveJournal yesterday, I learned that the Joseph Beth corporate machine fired one of its employees over the contents of his online journal.

Are you kidding? Have you seen their staff? They have girls with tons of tattoos and piercings, a guy with hair down to his ass..I would have to think he was fired for something more then just how he looks. I like the place, they have allways been super nice to me. Just my humble opinion….

Perhaps they figured out he was transgender then.

In any case, they definitely made up an excuse to fire him.
