Final grades have been posted. I earned 2 As and 2 Bs. My final paper grade in theory however is troubling me. I got a C on it. I worked really, really hard and earned a C. I don't know what I did wrong. I expected the Bs in Gender and Proseminar, so I'm not upset about those.

For what its worth i'm proud of you. Those grades are good. I know what i'ts like to be dissapionted, but you're doing great. [hugs]

Thanks, I'm really upset with myself. My two final papers were Cs, and I worked so hard on them.

I understand. THe other grades are great as you said, its just those C's that's bothering you. And i know what you mean...i mean i always got frustrated when i wrote papers and my teachers always said they were underdeveloped or whatev (i know its not a C, but work with me here :cp) and it was just annoyngi cuz i worked hard on it (writing untill almost 2 or 3 am sometimes, and you know i'm not a night owl)e and i always felt that the paper was...only o hear everyone say it wasnt. And it was soo frustrating, cuz i didnt know what more to do. All i can offer for that is i'm still willing to read over things if you want....i dunno what help i'd be but the offer's always there.

I wish i could do more for ya...but i can offer support. I'm really proud of you, and i know you're upset about the C, but i guess all i can say is keep working and it'll work out. i have faith in you.

Yes congratulations all around. You certainly did better than me. Isn't there just always an unexplainable C abounding?

C's suck and in grad school they will get you kicked out. So it is good they didn't effect my grades.
