Reading this actively made my mouth water. Today we were watching Giada di Laurentiis on Food Network and she made some kind of proscuitto packet filled with pecorino romano and fresh basil, then stuffed that into cuts she made on lamb steaks (it was kind of vaginal) and then did roasting + deglazing with wine etc. God I love food porn

You should try Bonne Maman four fruits preserve - it's cherries, strawberries, red currants and raspberries. It's my favorite jam EVER and it comes in cute little jars that I use for glasses after I eat up all the frenchie goodness.
