Maybe just to heal him - if this was a rare dark potion, he'd be more likely to have the antidote than Madam Pomfrey. To see how far it'd gone and ask Snape to kill him if necessary - assuming that Dumbledore would do that, and that's a little strange. To have Snape kill him before Draco could get to him - this is contingent on Snape having told him something. For information on the attack, as Snape would be likely to have the most of that. In that case, had Snape told Dumbledore to expect an attack, and was this consultation? Or had Snape given him no warning, and was he going to ask why?
Yeah, maybe. And if Dumbledore hadn't forced him to take on the Occlumency lessons... if he'd told Snape the issue with Sirius, which, by all appearences, he didn't... meh.

Dumbledore must've known a death eater was in the castle for the dark mark to be over it but he didn't know it was possible they'd be able to find a way in. Maybe this is why he asked for Snape? He thought he sent it up?
Depends on how bad Dumbledore thought the situation was - probably not near a crisis, then he was being remarkably calm. It just wouldn't make sense for the Death Eaters to breach the castle and send up the Dark Mark without doing anything. So either Dumbledore expected a huge crisis, or realized that something was up and played along, or was too exhausted to be thinking straight.
Maybe he did think Snape had sent it up. But why in hell would he?
On the other hand, Dumbledore was sending Harry away.... Did he know that he was going to die, and was he trying to keep Harry from seeing?
