It's that time of year again. In response to the debacle known as the Grammy Nominations...It's time for the Starphoenix award nominations!!! This year, we woke Neil Patrick Harris out of bed at 4 in the morning and asked him to announce the nominees for the music categories

Ahhh...for some reason, I kept telling myself that Erin released "Love, save the empty" in 2008 and thus didn't qualify for the 2009 awards.

In reality, her album was released on January 6. A simple oversight on the part of the Starphoenix awards review panel. We'd like to correct it, as everyone on the review panel was a huge Erin McCarley fan. We just didn't have our dates straight...you'll see she is now nominated for best Pop album of the year.
