An update

Been a while since I really posted, I guess. The baby is GREAT, 7½ mos. old and almost ready for MEAT. He devours every vegetable, fruit, and grain we put in front of him, so I know he'll enjoy all the new tastes he's about to experience. He has the two bottom front teeth now, and managed bite me GOOD while he was nursing earlier tonight. Wish

Sounds like the kiddo might turn out to be a straight carnivore once you start him on meat. ;-) Depends on how you feel about it, but maybe it's time to start looking at 'brest-milk' bottles so you can remain a bit more "bruise free"?

How are Marita Beth and Kyle doing? I haven't had a chance to even say Hi at fair this past year due to personal circumstances.

And Horray! for having actual weekends for a little while at least. Hope the change in morning routines goes ok.

When he bites, say some thing like, "oh oh! no biting" in a matter of fact not angry voice and stop nursing and sit him up for a minute or two. Don't play with him or smile during this time or he'll think it's a game. Then put him back on. Do it everytime he bites, even if it doesn't hurt. He'll eventually stop.
