I am tired of hearing "Why adopt overseas or send money overseas when we have so many problems in the United States?" First of all, people are people. Why must we view the world as being so divided? one issue with adopting from overseas is that it costs A LOT,$20,000-30,000, depending on the country of origin. It's not free to adopt here, but it doesn't cost that much.
