I would imagine it is possible to write software that recognises your mood by the websites you visit and then makes a guess at what you'd like to listen to (according to what you've 'taught' the software to parrot).

Unfortunately for you, no... as my mother so nicely puts it, "we want your presence, not your presents" and in all honesty something small that would go nicely into a suitcase would be preferable ^_^
