You know what's really hard? Reading chords. For example, in the key of C, there is C, Cmin, Cmaj7, C7, Cdim, C+, C7-9, Cmaj7-9, C11, Csus and about forty more. And I have to remember what each one is. Too much information! Brain overload. And once I figure out what the chord is, I have to find the keys. I have Ellen explain to me about all the chords when I don't feel like playing. Wonderful waste of lesson time, I've found.

haha i dont know the chord names. wait what instrument are you talking about? i know in piano i CAN stretch my hands out, because i had to do it once for a song. I had to play octaves and my little 8th grade hands refused to stretch more than 7 keys
