today at Sergeants' Weekend we all played river crossing, and it came down to the point where we only had 2 rocks per group to cross this wide gap. Half of group 15 (famous forever, all of you) got stuck on the other end because their rocks were taken away. Right after the activity people just brought up the usual takeaways - teamwork, flexibility
