The Ice Storm it cometh

I can hear that the rain, which fell and froze, has turned to ice and is pelting down outside. One year ago yesterday Northwest Arkansas suffered the worst ice storm in, according to the electric co-op here, at least 30 years and quite possibly 75 years. There was argument about the two storms it was compared to. The damage is still evident as
