Pictures
if the picture is not already online
step 1. Go to http://www.tinypic.com
step 2. Select "browse"
step 3. Select the picture file that you want to host and select "open"
step 4. Select "host"
step 5. Copy the link in the first box
step 6. Go to your livejournal edit page
step 7. Type <*img src="LINK GOES HERE"> where you want the picture
if the picture is already online somewhere
step 1. Go to the location of the image
step 2. repeat steps 6 and 7 in the previous set of instructions
