ugh sometimes dont u just feel like depressed for no reason? that happened to be last night, right now im fine, but like its off and on. one little thing will just flip the switch, and i become all sad. and its like for no good reason. i just feel like going and crying on my bed, and no one can help. i just want to kno if im alone... does neone

dont worry rach! i get that a lot! i can be in a perfectly content mood, and out of no where...im either mad or depressed! its crazy...i hate moodswings! haha good luck with all of ur work!
