Hehe, your comment really made me smile! I feel as though fellow Kelly fans are kindred spirits, lol! I hope you have a lovely holiday! *hugs*
[For the record, Kelly also has bits of other Christmas songs floating around. She's sung "Blue Christmas" and "I'll Be Home for Christmas." She has a brief but awesome solo in "Joy to the World" from the AI Christmas special. She also sang a snippet of "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" as Brenda Lee on American Dreams, which is where the above picture is from. If you want any links, let me know!
=) She just sang "I'll Be Home for Christmas" a few weeks ago for her last "All I Ever Wanted" tour date, so it's totally new!]
That sounds lovely! Especially the singing. ;) (I always love hearing you sing!) I completely agree; in the hustle and bustle of the season (and of life, really), we lose sight of why we're here and why we're living so easily. I always love (and am humbled by) the reminder.
My church had a service at 5 p.m.-a little earlier than I'm used to, but loved it anyway! I'm on set for the praise set this Sunday, so I'm excited about that. It's a really interesting experience being involved in two churches, the church near my university (where I am most of the year) and the church my parents attend near my "home home" (as college students tend to call it, lol!), and I'm realizing that it's such a blessing to have two church families.
