So I went home last weekend. Mostly because my family was making this HUGE deal about getting a puppy, which seemed a little much (maybe because I grew up with 3 different dogs at my mom's house). But anyway, I decided that it would be good for me to be there and do the whole family thing. Anyway

Haha sounds like Mark and me a few months ago. I didn't want to make myself too available and even though we spent a lot of time together I was never sure what was going on between us. It's hard to step back. Especially if you are impatient like me, and dislike uncertainty.

Keep it up! I'm sure it will pay off in the end. And from what you said it is sounding pretty good anyway!

By the way, what kind of dog did your family get?
