The problem is that these raids punish the immigrant workers for the crimes of the corporation. Swift, I am sure knew that the hundreds of workers that it hired had falsified records but went ahead and hired them anyway knowing that they (Swift) wouldn't be held accountable. After all, Swift didn't help the workers obtain phony SS numbers. Swift cooperated with the government in exposing the illegals and now is off the hook. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a Swift spokesperson on TV thanking the government for helping them rid their company of these despicable criminals.

I think the HR manager of Swift along with a few company vice presidents should do some time in the big house. You know that's not going to happen because Swift probably has a few politicians in their pockets.

I am now wondering if the price of bacon is headed up and perhaps I should look into pork belly futures.

Who the hell wants to work in a meat packing plant anyway?
