First I'd at least wait until after Spring Break. Things may cool down after that, but if they don't, just continue to call the cops.

Eventually, they'll get tired of getting busted in on, and the cops will get tired of visiting them and start ticketing them. You only get so many warnings.

Yeah I think that's a good idea. HOnestly, I am in no rush to confront them. Plus the rain the other night stopped them from hanging out there and being stupid. That was nice :)

Well,had they sat out in the rain and continued the drunken debauchery til 3 am again, it would have REALLY showed how stupid they were. Hahaha.

Earplugs, maybe? Though it could adversely affect your ability to interact with your alarm clock.

Yea I thought about that, but don't think I should have to be reduced to wearing them in my own house. Hehehe. By the way, that icon of yours is pretty scary.
