I was waiting for your TB post! :) Eric looked SO good in the episode, I loved all of his scenes. The ones with Lafayette were hilarious, lol @ his dance.

Bill: Oh I have no intention of drinking it. I just want you to pay for it. I was like WHOA here, that was uncalled for. Bill should realize Eric is THE MAN. I do like him sometimes, though, like here. Adorable in a weird way!

AH I know! It's like I think he can't get any better looking and then he always manages to surprise me! haha!
And gosh, Lafayette cracked me up. I'm glad he's going to be his old self again next week.

ERIC IS THE MAN! He is like so patient with him, lol Bill doesn't even want to know what would happen if Eric were actually an asshole. He could probably blink and have him killed.

lol yes, he is weirdly adorable sometimes. It's odd because he actually acts 170 years old in a way, he has such old man qualities, haha. And yet Eric is over 1000 years old and just acts like a powerful BAMF. I feel like Eric is just so old that he hasn't seemed old in like 800 years. He's just so far past that. haha.

I don't know if I've ever told you this but your entries are like, totally my favorite. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO FULL WITH AWESOME SHIT. You should win an award dude.

Ugh, you make me want to read the Sookie books SO HARD. I wanna ship Eric/Sookie like mad as well.

I am unable to talk about True Blood for some reason but I AGREE WITH YOUR THOUGHTS, PRETTY MUCH. I am so glad they are allowing Skars to be pretty this season, it improves the show be like tenfold.

Music! Taking pretty much everything because it all looks fly, thanks!

THAT IS DELIGHTFUL TO HEAR! :D

You should! They're totally trashy, but oh so much fun. Pretty much because of Eric and his awesomeness. Although book!Sookie is actually really awesome herself. I have so much respect for her. The only way I'm rationalizing tv!Sookie being kind of lame thus far is the memory that Bill does in fact bring her down a little bit when they're still together in the earlier books.

ERIC/SOOKIE ARE SO HOT TOGETHER, YOU SHOULD SO SHIP THEM!

It does. I'm glad they cut his hair. I think in the books he has the long hair the whole time because vampires can never change their appearance or something (like if you didn't shave when you were changed you'd have stubble forever). BUT HE IS SO MUCH HOTTER WITH THE SHORTER HAIR! So even when I was reading the books I was imagining the shorter hair even though it's totally not canon. lol

I hope you like the music!

YAY I hope you like them!

For real! Sadly, that won't be for a long time. They'll most likely get their first kiss this season though since the scene that it happens in was specifically mentioned in the future episode descriptions. After that I don't know how far they're going to speed up the time line, but they might have sex (or at least just hook up) next season! I can't see them backing out of it now. From what I'm seeing 90% of the fandom (even those who have never read the books) are really on board with Eric/Sookie. And it's still really early since they haven't had much interaction so far!

I HOPE YOU DO TOO! AH I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M SEEING HBP TONIGHT!! In 12 hours I'll be in the middle of watching it!

HAVE A GOOD WEEK TOO, PATTY! ♥

Haha, I caught up on all four episodes last night right in a row, twas very fun.

Though I gotta say, whatever Maryann's deal is, I would like to know, 'cause it's weird as hell and starting to annoy me.

I'm sure you already know from the books... which, btw I avoided your summaries just because I might want to read them someday, though I know several people have told me how they differ from the series quite a bit.

And Eric/Sookie? Yes PLZ. I'm not too much a fan of Bill, sometimes I like him, but most of the time he's just there. Took me forever to warm up to him in the first season, it wasn't until the end I was even really interested.

I love Sam on the other hand, but I have a feeling there going to make him to do stupid things this season that are going to make me want to smack him upside the head.

Oh, and Jessica/Hoyt ftw, LOL! ;P

And am I the only one to see Jason bang the preacher's wife? ;D C'mon, Jason, Jesus wouldn't mind, it's what you're best at, lmao.

I do know what Maryanne's deal is from the books. That's one of the things I'm glad about because I feel like they're going way too slowly with it and I would be annoyed if I didn't already know. And Daphne too. She's not in the books so I have no clue what's up with her.

They do differ from the series, but personally so far I've felt like the main essence is the same so the changes haven't bothered me (maybe only 1 or 2 have slightly). The changes are more just because the books are told from Sookie's POV. She's the narrator so she's always thereIn the show you get to learn a lot about other characters that had much more minor parts in the book. Like for example, Jason is barely in book 2 at all so they had to figure out a way to incorporate him into this season. So I guess they were like "LOL JASON IS DUMB ENOUGH TO BE IN THE CULT, LETS HAVE HIM DO THAT!" And then it makes the fellowship of the sun storyline more personal for Sookie too ( ... )

I don't know if I ever mentioned this, but your post couldn't have come at a better time, because just before this I had watched all there is so far of season 2.

Yea, it's alright, you get used to it with these kinds of shows, as far as plot is concerned. Yea, and the way they structure the show... I feel that often, hardly anything is a coincidence. It feels like a well-used tool in TV story arcs that is familiar to me. They introduce something new, make you think it's innocuous, when it's not, and then BAM! It's important. And for me, that's Daphne. I don't what her deal is either, but I'd like to find out, just like with Maryann.

LOL JASON IS DUMB ENOUGH TO BE IN THE CULT, LETS HAVE HIM DO THAT!" And then it makes the fellowship of the sun storyline more personal for Sookie too. ROFL, agreed, and plot-wise, that makes sense to me as well ( ... )

Well, they at least partially told you what Maryanne was at the end of the last episode because they showed her arms transform into the maenad that attacked Sookie. So at least we're getting there!
And Daphne has scratches on her back so maybe she was attacked by the maenad too? She's probably something supernatural herself because of that and because she apparently knows that Sam is shifter.

Eric seems to be so selfish that the only way Sookie would entertain the notion of being with him is if he changed
It's interesting that you phrased it that way. I won't tell you what happens but...it's a bit complicated. He both changes and doesn't change at the same time. I guarantee it's not what you expect though.

Even though Eric is a selfish bastard he also has this whole other side to him that we really haven't seen at all yet (that's not because the show changed anything, in the book series you just don't see that side of him until later too). He can actually be really sweet sometimes. I'd say Eric is more "girly" about ( ... )

Skars's back is a thing of WONDERFUL WONDERFUL BEAUTY. GUUUUH.

Yeah, Eric is being a BAMF and flying for real to Dallas.

He already views you as a child, Bill. Way to prove his point. Sometimes it's like Sookie and Bill are immature selfish children together. Haha, I was kinda hating on Sookie this episode? Heh.

My favorite line was "I'm going to throw you out the window... That is closed!" Oh Bill.

I wanted Pam/Amelia together so badly. We saw Pam knitting because of Amelia, haha. I like to think Pam knits Eric sweaters and he wears it just to please Pam.

I have never hated Bill but my god does he need to let Sookie go. They would be good friends if Bill just stopped chasing her. I don't remember which book it was but that time when Bill went out with some lady just to make Sookie jealous pissed me off so much. He didn't care about the girl at all, didn't care that she knew his real motive too, ugh.

Downloaded some songs. Thank you!

IKR? GOD I WAS DYING OVER HIS BACK ON SUNDAY NIGHT!

I NEED TO SEE ERIC FLY ON THE SHOW! I feel like I heard a set report somewhere about Eric flying towards the end of the season? I can't remember but I hope it happens!

lol Bill and Sookie were totally children in this episode. But I guess in Sookie's defense it was because she was drunk. "THEY GAVE ME 10!" lolz!

I like to think Pam knits Eric sweaters and he wears it just to please Pam.
OMG I JUST GIGGLED FOR REAL! THAT IS ADORABLE! IN MY HEAD THAT IS CANON!

ugh yea, and that girl he dated was such a bitch too. I don't know why she was with Bill since she was clearly aware that he was only dating her to make Sookie jealous.

I hope you like the songs!
