"Oh god, puppy dog eyes. From a six-foot-four ancient Viking vampire."

I wanted to have this up yesterday for ASkars' birthday but...I failed. OH THE SHAME!

Eric didn't have a ton of screen time this week (only 1 scene!) and yet this picspam is still not even remotely small. How did that even happen? I have no idea.

Opening scene = best scene.

This picspam = best one in the world.

You capture every heartbreaking Eric/Sookie moment in that opening scene, I love it.

Alsooooooo. "'You're killing me,' he said. 'You're killing me.' He shuddered beside me." What is the context to this quote pretty please? :)

and lol at bill's faces :D

It's actually not a "sexy" scene. It's from a rather angsty/sad one. Sookie was in trouble and Eric wasn't there and she (and the readers) don't know why yet. But when she asks him about it later (they're exclusively sleeping together now, even though they haven't really labeled themselves a 'couple' yet) he kind of breaks a little and says that. I thought it was a really powerful moment where you could tell how much he loved her and that he was dying because he couldn't be there. He showed some pretty intense emotion there, and he hardly ever does that.

I was seriously cracking up while I was capping this episode. LOL OH BILL!

They're so tragically lovely! Is it anything to do with their blood bond and how close they are by now? Like if Sookie's in danger Eric gets all weak and stuff too? POOR BB ERIC. God I love him.

Well, I'm sure that he definitely felt it when she was in trouble since she was tortured and it was pretty bad. I bet he did get a bit weak, but he never mentioned it directly because there were more important things to talk about at the time.

At that moment they were at the hospital and she had already had more of his blood so I think they were both feeling a bit better then (physically at least). So I think he was more saying "you're killing me emotionally"

The blood bond is part of why they're not "officially" together though. She doesn't want to jump into anything when they're still bonded that heavily (it's WAAAAY more intense than what's going on in the show now since they've shared blood more than 3x both ways).

I love the show so much, I ordered the entire box set of the books online. I'm like, dying, for them to come.

That's awesome! They're not quality literature or anything (lol it is about vampires) but they're pretty fun reads! Mostly because of Eric. haha.

He did actually. I thought he looked especially good in the last scene when he was going to see the queen. Maybe it was his hair? He kind of looked younger too.
