so yea this week went by slow

to day we had time trials...i didn't do half bad.

• in the 100 i got 5th out of 17 (right behind the varsity girls)  with a 14.5...it not great but hey...its not bad either
• in the 200 i got 6th out of 17 with a 31.9. 

i know i've improved and i know those times can only come down.  i can only hope

i really want 2 get
