*Right, so I was trying to call those NetZero people to cancel that free service whatever, and I spend probably 10 minutes talking to a machine and pushing buttons to start off with, when I finally get an actual human *Omg! shock shock!* on the phone. I tell her, I just want to cancel the service please. 'Would you like to extend your free trial?'
