SATURDAY NIGHT I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MY DAD,HE TOLD ME THAT MY SISTER CAITLINS MOTHER MARY PASSED AWAY. MY SISTER FOUND HER MOM DEAD ON HER BED WHEN SHE WENT TO WAKE HER UP. MARY HAS BEEN A PART OF MY LIFE SINCE I WAS BORN, GRANTED I ONLY SAW HER A COUPLE WEEKS PER YEAR, I STILL LOVED HER. SHE WASN'T THE BEST OF PEOPLE BUT SHE WAS NICE TO ME ( Read more... )

I'm not an expert or anything, but I think all you can really "do" is talk about the person, remember the good things, and just cry it all out if you need to. And, of course, to be there for your sister in any way that you possibly can. Talk to her if she can/will. Keep in touch with her through email or regular mail if talking isn't possible. Make sure she knows that you care and that you love her and be there to listen even if all she can do is cry or be angry at life for a while. And just remember that all of us care about you too, and we are all here for you *hugs*

I'm here for you. I called you crying, and you know you are more then welcome to call me. I will always be here for you. I have two shoulders, and you can claim them both. You should try to call her though and talk. Caitlin is going to need to get that off her chest. I would tell work to fuck off for a week and go out to Philly for the funeral too. The closure might help you feel better, then you could see your Sister, and I'm sure that would help her too. I'm here for ya babe!
