I got busted taking something that wasn't mine when I was about 6. I took one of the caramel chews out of the bin at the grocery store. Mom was shopping. Who was going to know?

Only MY TOOTH CAME OUT IN THE CARAMEL!!! Busted.

I have never had such a beating in my life. And that's when I learned through and through that taking something that wasn't mine was not an acceptable option. At least not if I wanted to sit down in the next century.
