poor little wrightsville. any time there's bad weather anywhere near the carolina coast, the bastard-ass weathermen go camp out there and let me watch my beach get blown away.

i hope your beach is okay. mainly i am commenting to get in touch with you to urge you to come to athens this weekend. especially, on sunday - i am playing a little show of sorts! see myspace bulletin for details. it's in a space over in the same beloved warehouses as your art opening a while back. by the way i don't know if i mentioned but i got back my pictures of your stuff and they came out WAY better than i thought considering the difficulties of the light. i really like them. in addition to your beach, i hope you personally are okay, and i would enjoy seeing you. every time i see a picture of you i kind of go 'awww.'

i'll see what i can do as far as getting to athens this weekend goes - my parents are out of town but having work done on the house so i know i have to go by there and let some sketchy worker bees in to tile their bathroom, but other than that it may be possible
