Another anniversary for tragedy. Another one that could've been avoided. Raccoon City. I know I should say something deep, something profound to mark this occassion and remember those that fell in order to protect their city, their teammates and their loved ones, but... I can't. I don't know what to say that hasn't alrealdy been said
