Sounds like youre describing Chicago. 1. bad drivers - check. 2.) SNOW- check. 3.)Parking- triple check. I have a car and I take the train more often than I drive because I am so nervous about losing my spot. 4.)Gas prices- check a million times...id kill for 3.24. Right now Ive got (at the lowest Ive seen in months) 3.38. seriously blows.
