Back in LJ, finally!

Not only did I have trouble accessing my Gmail, but I couldn't log into or *view* LJ, my MSN, my AIM, and my imeem. I resisted the urge to sign up for new accounts, because I was not going to give in to technical trouble. I still have no idea what happened, but my techie friend managed to get me back my Gmail.

That... sounds horrible and scary. Do you know why it happened? Was it a virus or something?

I think my Gmail problem was due to a hacker, since I couldn't log in with my password. I got it back now, though. So no harm done, except I wasn't able to access certain websites for an entire month.

As for my Documents folder... a virus. I'm still trying to figure out what virus it was. The system appears clean, but I don't want to be too complacent.

That is certainly weird. I have no idea why that would be happening, but I'm not that much of a techie anyway.
