I love Jazz, more concerned with feelings rather then Prowls Political worth which is nothing. I wonder if his parents will try having the bonding annulled since it hasn't been consummated yet?

I doubt it. After all, They couldn't go back, not without opening a rift that might never heal between both city states. kinda covers it. Even if Prowl isn't worth much politically, getting rid of him given the situation is politically dangerous. Streetwise could (and 'should') take considerable offense at it.
