Yesterday, a little girl in Pre-K (who plays in my classroom with my students every few days for reverse inclusion and who is a handful) had to go potty.
I teach 3, 4 and 5 year olds. We say 'go potty'- not to be silly, either.

So, normally, I ask the Pre-K kids to go to the bathroom in their room, because they get freaked out in ours.

What is reverse inclusion?

When I was in JUNIOR HIGH, I was sent to pee in a cup for a physical, I believe. The woman pointed to the restroom advising me to deposit my pee sample in there. It was the boys' restroom. I had never seen a urinal in my entire life; I didn't even know they existed. I didn't know that this contraption was a boys-only thing. I was completely baffled. I had no idea how this woman expected me to pee in a cup standing up. Luckily (or unluckily) I decided to ask before peeing all over my shoes.
