Hello. Added you in part, due to the 25/up comm. I am...not a liberal, and I don't get liberals. I don't get conservatives, either.

I guess I'd be a liberal that took an econ class, or a conservative that doesn't hate gays. Something. Anyway, I'll try you out for a month or two and if we don't click, that's fine.

I see you are in Austin. I guess there's an Archaeology conference out that way in the spring...I may go to it, not sure. Having only visited Dallas I know very little about Texas. Would you recommend a visit to Austin?

Austin's fun. If you like the outdoors, it's got fairly fun hiking and kayaking and canoeing and whatnot. And there are tons of coffee shops and good restaurants. And lots of bars and live music. Festivals start in the spring, and Alamo drafthouse and rollerderby is always fun (you can google those).
I love it here. There are lots of interesting people.
