Things that will be included will be my daily calorie counter, exercise tracker, and posts on my experiences along the way. I love that you are planning rewards along the way! I hadn't thought of something like that. I'm pretty hard on myself and mostly don't think I should be rewarded unless I'm at my GOAL.. Maybe something I should think about..

I'm pretty hard on myself as well. I didn't come up with the idea, I actually got it from a girl on SparkNotes who is super awesome and lost about the same amount of weight I'm going for. She looks great now.
But I think it's a great idea, even if I'm really hard on myself these things are small, and I bet they will really keep me motivated to keep going! Positive reinforcement is always the BEST way to alter behavior.
