As an assistant to a lawyer in a legal department of a mid sized company I say....

...Goddamn that was right on.

Especially the "clients are nuts" part.

We fucking must recruit from the loony bin where I work. And the people suing us who DON'T work for us are just as, if not more so, crazy.

i know for sure that 2 of our clients have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. i'm fairly certain that this other client that perpetually smells like dirt is schitzophrenic.
whenever i call one of the bipolar clients to schedule her in for an appointment, she tells me her entire life story. when i try to get her back on track and say, "....so yeah, when do you want to come in?", she then proceeds to tell me how her many therapy appointments conflict with any dates i provide for her. EVERY. DAMN. TIME.
guh. oh law. i hate you and everything you represent.
