I've been more emotional lately than usual. Which I guess is a little weird for me. I've been very intensely lonely at times. There are many people, both living and dead that I miss very much. I even miss the innocence of being young

Time goes on, we make choices, we learn from mistakes. It's how life goes.
It's when we don't learn or don't act on the newly found knowledge that we fail. You're no weaker than the rest of us. We all have struggles to work through, but none of them greater than we can choose to be.

"...Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be white as wool." (Isaiah 1:18)

Yeah, you've made mistakes. Who hasn't? But don't let that keep you from turning things around and making life better. You're not a total lost cause. And if you continue to think that, I'll smack you upside the head. :)
