so, i just had a thought. would any of you out there be interested if i decided to start posting all of these delicious recipes that i've been trying out lately? i could probably get one up at least once a week.  you know me (or perhaps you don't) - it's in my nature to feed people, and since i can't feed you all from here, i can at least offer

Migraines suck. I've had a few...I took an injury to the base of my neck a few years ago (not my head, so you can't use that against me nyah nyah nyah) which caused a few complications. I've had about five in the last seven or so years. Keep my on my ass, or my back, for a few days.
