bar= to make drinks

What it was, was that he felt that he never gets to make drinks and needs some practice but he wanted to do it during the busiest time, so he held up the drive-thru line. People were wating for like 12 minutes in the drive-thru for their drinks because he was taking waaaay too long and he wouldn't let me make the drinks and have him take the orders.
