Back to the old grind

For the first day back to work after 4+ days of being closed, we were surprisingly not as busy as I thought we would be. Don't get me wrong, we weren't empty but even for a normal Tuesday, it wasn't to bad. Oh, that continues to stink. The ear stuff, I mean. I've been having major problems since October with not being able to "pop" my ears fully, and feeling extreme (and, on occasion, excruciating) pressure when I lean forward or even carefully bend at the knees to retrieve something down low -- like when you drive through the mountains and can't equalize the pressure in your ears. That's one of the reasons I had to stop yoga: I can't even do a simple Down Dog without having to pop up into something akin to a military "at attention" after a few seconds. I don't have insurance, so I've just been "living with it" instead of being proactive. Maybe I should re-think my plan...
