I believe that if you want to take the initiative to get in shape and eat healthy, then that's good, but I will tell you that you don't need to do that in order to be considered attractive to anyone. brendy(haha i'm calling him brendy now)'s right, i went through the whole "cut down my eating thing" which was more eat like a piece of grilled chicken a day and that's it thing, and i lost like 10 lbs in a week but it didn't make me any happier, i discovered i was just tired. i liked how i looked but i couldn't do anything cuz i always had to make excuses why i wasn't eating and whatnot. i've gained it back but i don't feel much different.

i can see why you'd start doing that, we all have our times that we feel shitty about ourselves but you really shouldn't coming from someone who goes back and forth, i'm much happier when i'm just myself. the other side of the fence isn't any better you're just really tired and REALLY hungry!

you're great the way you are but if you want to stay on this track i'm not gonna stop you unless you are threatening your health cuz a sick bnay isn't a good thing atall.

oh yeah and guys don't mean shit (no offense guys) cuz i've had a boyfriend for over 3 years and i still feel shitty about myself and go on my crazy 200 calorie a day diets sometimes. it's how you see yourself based on you and your friends not based on what you think you should have. i think i'd say the same even if i was single and didn't have a date ever, cuz then i'd check out boys and mess with them. even though i am a fatty i don't care cuz guys are self concious too, they just don't want us to know. bastards. :-D
