must see

Hey I saw Napoleon Dynamite tonight. It is good. It is funny. It is set in the 80s. I went not knowing what to expect, and I can safely say it was worth the 750. not WELL worth it, but worth it. So I'm happy. And I had some good laughs. Go see it!

I thought it was cute.. The dancing at the end was absolutely perfect.

i saw it again at dobie.. turns out its not set in the 80s. its just a community thats behind the curve.. anyway. did you stay til the very end - of the credits that is? there's a wedding scene. its not all that hilarious. but worth seeing. it kind of closes up the movie.

hmm.. it wasn't set in the 80s, eh? i usually stay until the end, just because i think it's fair to give everyone who made the movie a chance to be in the spotlight.. but i was with a bunch of people who get out of their seats like two minutes before it ends so they can "beat the crowd." who got married?

oh, and i've been to the dobie theatre before.. when i went to SXSW we saw "The Grudge" there at the midnight showing (the original Japanese one, not the lousy remake with sarah michelle geller).
